Rico has held leadership positions in the past up to the present date as he's currently the Founding Chairman of Philippines-Korea Economic Council Jr. (PhilKorEC Jr.), and an associate board member of its mother organization, Philippines-Korea Economic Council (PHILKOREC) - a bilateral trade council between the Philippines and Korea, under the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. He is also the 2020-2021 President of the oldest and first ever Toastmasters Club in All Of Asia, Tamaraw Toastmasters Club, where he became President just a few months into being a member, and is believed to be the youngest president worldwide during his term. He is a former Vice President for Membership for Cabalen San Fernandino Toastmasters Club, a former Club Coach of Bataan Toastmasters Club, the former Vice President for Membership Development and Executive Vice President of JCI Bataan, and a former Technical Consultant of the Provincial Government of Bataan and its 2nd Congressional District Office.
